Terms and Conditions
- To sell any plot under any scheme, the company will execute the registry after receiving full payment within three months of giving the advance amount.
- The company will complete all works related to road, park, drainage, street light and plantation in a proper and complete manner within its scheme.
- All development works will be completed as per the rules of the concerned authority within the stipulated time.
- After booking a plot, if for any reason the customer wants to cancel and withdraw the amount within one year, then 35% of the deposited amount will be deducted and the remaining amount (Booking Amount) will be refunded.
- The customer will make the payment for the registry of the plot by themselves.
- After making full payment, the company will hand over possession and execute the registry of the plot on the specified date.
- For installment-based plots, if the payment is delayed by more than one month from the fixed date, interest at the rate of 12% per annum will be payable.
- If the installments are not paid continuously for three months, the plot will be cancelled and sold to another person.
- All legal matters shall fall under the Joodi Sector of Lucknow court only.
